1-Year Limited Functional Warranty / 一年有限功能保養

Every Cloud Studio refurbished/rebuilt phone includes a 1-year limited functional warranty. If a covered functional issue occurs under normal use and there is no physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or misuse, we will inspect and repair the device. Simple repair cases are normally completed within 5 working days after we receive the device. If repair is not practical, we may offer a replacement or upgrade/exchange option at a fair difference amount depending on model, condition, storage and stock availability.

每部 Cloud Studio 翻新／重組手機均提供一年有限功能保養。如手機在正常使用下出現受保功能問題，且沒有撞擊、人為損壞、入水、私自維修或不當使用情況，我們會安排檢查及維修。簡單維修一般會在收到手機後 5 個工作天內完成。如維修不可行，可按型號、容量、成色及庫存提供更換或補差價升級方案。

Warranty exclusions / 不受保情況

• Physical damage, cracked screen, damaged frame, damaged back glass or damaged charging port.
• Liquid or water damage. Refurbished/rebuilt devices should not be treated as waterproof.
• Unauthorized opening, modification or third-party repair.
• Data loss. Please back up your data before service.
